We stayed at Keystone Lodge for our annual family ski trip and everything about this location was perfect. We had a total of 14 people from 3 different generations. The house is absolutely beautiful with a ton of space for fun and activities. Bedrooms were well laid out and plenty of private space for everyone. The bunk room is a fantastic area for kids. The family room upstairs and the hot tub on the deck were the perfect spots for the family to hang around after a great day on the slopes. The video games in the basement added another layer of fun to the weekend. Anna has thought of everything and does a great job communicating with you throughout the process. The house is very well stocked with towels and all the cooking basics that you will need. Would definitely recommend this location for any trip to Sunday River.

Our stay worked out very well. The house was just minutes away from Sunday River ski resort and the weather also cooperated! We enjoyed the hot tub and the kids loved the video games. I would highly recommend for a family ski weekend.

Anna’s Cabin in Newry, ME was perfect for our large group getaway! It is conveniently located near Sunday River and a variety of local shops and attractions - a few of which we tried thanks to Anna’s recommendations. The hot tub and poker table were favorites amongst our group. Anna’s communication was very detailed and proactive ahead of our arrival. When we ran out of cleaning supplies during our stay, extras were brought over by housekeeping in just a short time. Overall, this house has everything one would need to have a fun and relaxing stay!

Perfect venue for a family reunion! There were 18 of us including small children and we had plenty of empty beds. The common areas were spacious and the game room was VERY cool! The hot tub on the upper deck with the view of the mountains in the background was simply breathtaking. Definitely hoping to make this a yearly tradition and highly recommend it.

Our stay at Anna's Airbnb was wonderful, and she was an amazing host! The cabin was beautiful, with plenty of extra linens, and even had complimentary s'mores supplies! I'd highly recommend the location to anyone staying in the area.

Our family had the most wonderful time at this property! Coming together from Boston and New York, it was the perfect home away from home for our gathering. The house was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed. From the fantastic game room setup that kept everyone entertained to the cozy teepee in the loft that delighted the kids, every detail was thoughtfully planned for comfort and fun. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living spaces were perfect for relaxing and catching up as a family. We stayed here with a group of 10 (mix of friends and family) in December for our annual ski/snowboard trip, and it was a great experience. The house was spacious, comfortable, and right for our group size. There werent many options in the area that fit us so this was a good find. Had plenty of beds and bathrooms, everyone had space to spread out, which made the stay really nice. Also, we didn’t want to cram folks into one bed or the couch (though you could). The game room turned out to be a highlight—those old-school arcade games were so much fun, and the poker table kept the adults busy at night. The kitchen was well-stocked, making group dinners a breeze. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after long days on the slopes, though it would’ve been nice if the pool had been open (understandable for the season). Views were really nice at night and coming from the city. Being able to see the stars was cool. The location is hard to beat, just minutes to Sunday River.
