Comm was great. House was very accommodating for my family of 9 with 5 different groups from single son to married couples and 2 grandsons. House is situated conveniently in the midst of a nice subdivision in the middle of a million subdivisions. That’s just the way it is. We had great steak dinners in Scottsdale and multiple meals and carry outs of pizza, Italian, and Chinese. Gilbert and Chandler are also close by for shopping and dining. Hiking and golfing options are within 20-30 minutes. Very clean. Beds good. We had an issue with the pool heater completely falling but Anne worked thru that issue with us, again great comms. Bottom line….. would stay there with mine again!

Anna and Jia couldn’t have been more hospitable to help us make it happen! The home was welcoming and the layout allowed for all of us to spend time together. 10/10 recommendations coming here!

Our stay at Anna's property was fantastic! Having all the bedrooms on one level was incredibly convenient for our group of adults and kids. The house was spacious, and there were plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained. The pool was definitely a hit! Anna was a great host, always quick to respond. If you have a big family like I do (4 children, their spouses and their kids), this is an amazing home away from home with the unique opportunity to have them all under one roof with plenty to entertain them all at once with a variety of activities. Ms Anna was in communication with myself from the time of our reservation until time for check out. The home was very beautiful , cozy and most of spacious! We LOVED the kitchen and the pool! Our travel to mesa was unexpected and not on happier note ( sudden death in the family) So Whatever questions and/or accommodations I had Ms. Anna was quickly to respond and very understanding. Despite our heavy hearts. We were able to Laugh, cry and be there for one another in our time of need We will be forever grateful and we do plan to visit mesa on a happier note in the future. This was a beautiful place. It was as described. There were clear directions for check in and check out. The host was very communicative before the trip. I emailed a couple of random questions during our stay but they weren’t super important so I wasn’t persistent when they weren’t answered. It’s was quiet and peaceful during our stay and it had all the basic necessities for our stay. Overall they were great hosts with a great home.

Loved that 2 rooms had bathrooms in it. The master was very big and quite. Its on one end of the house and the other rooms are on the other end. The other room with the bathroom had a door in there the bathroom with direct access to the pool area. Had a bunch of towels and wash cloths ready to be used. The only fault with the house was in the description. It said was a 6 bedroom with 8 beds. There’s 5 bedrooms with 6 beds in the rooms and an air mattress and a mattress cushion in one of the room closets for extra sleeping. I was under the impression there’d be 8 beds in the rooms and then a couple extra sleeping beds on the side. It had 2 living spaces with good size couches that can accommodate for more extra sleeping which is what we had to do. Other than the sleeping arrangements everything was perfect. It’s in a cul-de-sac so theres lots of parking and privacy. Lots of trash bins for trash. We had tons of untouched groceries left over that we left for the cleaners to take home.

We had 5 families come out for a football tournament and the house was perfect for us! The kids loved the pool, foosball, basketball hoop and trampoline. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out in the dining room and living room. We had all the kitchen necessities and plenty of towels for 16 people. It was great having 3 full bathrooms. Anna was very responsive and I would recommend this house to any large groups.

This location was exactly what we needed. We had 12 guests and there was room for all of us. Our location we had booked prior to this one cancelled last minute so we appreciate that Anna was able to accommodate us last minute. We were under the impression there was 6 separate bedrooms and didn't realize that the front room of the house was considered the 6th room. But nevertheless the place was what we needed and was a great experience for all of us. Anna and co-host, Jai were very responsive if we had questions. We had the pleasure of staying at Anna’s place with 4 families for a soccer tournament. It was a beautiful home, very very spacious, plenty of room for our family to be very comfortable and enjoy our time with our family that met from 3 different states. We had an amazing time, Anna and Jia were very quick to respond for anything we needed or simply to answer questions since we weren’t from the area. When my sister got to town a little earlier then expected from a long drive from Texas, Anna was very understanding and accommodating to allow a little earlier check in. Just an all around amazing home and could not ask for a better host. It's located in a luxury community. Anna was quick to respond and answered any question/concern we might have had. Everything we needed was there and the house itself is just incredible. The house is close to so many great spots, we get to enjoyed a great time in Scottsdale and also did some hiking and kayaking. The house is easy to get anywhere. Would 100% recommend this house to my friends and would 100% stay there again in the future.
