Apartment in a very good location. The neighborhood is very quiet, with plenty of restaurants nearby and super accessible by transport (to Manhattan). Safe (I could do my run in all serenite). The apartment is very comfortable. It contains all the amenities described in the listing. The kitchen is top notch. The bed in the master bedroom was very nice (I did not test the other bed). The shared garden is super nice, even in the winter. My cat loved it. Would love to come back!

I recently had a fantastic stay at an apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and I can't recommend it enough! The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, with an abundance of stores, charming cafes, and an amazing bakery (Fortunato) just around the corner. Plus, being close to the L line made it super easy to hop into Manhattan. Our host truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From a thoughtful surprise welcome gift to accommodating our luggage storage, every detail was taken care of, making the place feel like a home away from home. Next time I’m in the New York. I will definitely be booking this spot again!

Anna’s place was perfect for us, two beds and two bathrooms in a super location with hundreds of local walkable options for food, drinks and entertainment. And Williamsburg is so cool. Anna was very proactive with timely easy to follow instructions, great tips and letting us know that she was always available. Our flights home were later in the day and so flexibility on check out was also appreciated.

Apartment has 3 steps at the entrance, just something to consider. Location was great, near to public access and with full market at a walking distance. We loved staying at Anna's place. We were able to find parking on the street and it was just a short walk to other transportation options. The neighborhood was great and the street was quiet. There were so many cute coffee spots, fun shops and awesome restaurants just a short distance away. The apartment was spacious, we had plenty of room to make ourselves comfortable throughout a 5 night stay. The evenings were peaceful and the beds were comfortable. It was really convenient to have two full bathrooms. Anna and Rudy were very helpful and communicative. Little oasis in Williamsburg. We stayed in Anna's beautiful, clean accommodation as a group of women/family between 26-62 years and especially enjoyed the quiet backyard with a cup of coffee in the morning in the sun before heading over to vibrant Manhattan. It was lined with peonies and the sun was there all day from 8am. The beds are very comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. The subway connection is unbeatable, only 20 minutes to Times Square and yet the area around the apartment was very quiet and beautiful to slow down. Rooftop bars and the waterfront are within easy walking distance. Anna is an incredibly friendly hostess. She answers questions quickly and is always supportive. She also offers to store the luggage safely in the hallway after check-out and she even provided us with a new coffee machine because we only drink filter coffee. The machine can even grind bean.We loved it!We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back . Thank you, Anna!!<3

Great location - convenient and short walk to train into the city. Williamsburg area is a very nice area to explore, lots of good options for food & night life. It was fun being able to still do the traditional NYC life plus see and enjoy a more relaxing and quieter lifestyle of being in Brooklyn. Anna's and Rudy's apartment is just perfect to explore Williamsburg/Brooklyn but also Manhattan. It is just 4 min walk to line L & G, with which it is so easy and fast to go to Manhattan! also, Anslie street is really nice, in a quite, clean and cosy area and Bedford area is just 10-15min away. A&R mare very nice, kind and will help you with pleasure. We loved our stay here and, not to be underevaluated for Airbnb accomodation, beds are super confortable. Nice sleep and rest. :)

There was ample hot water, and awesome water pressure! I had a question about how to use the heater and it was immediately answered. This apartment is a great value, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. I was able to have a guest stay with me and we both had privacy and comfort. The street is quiet and residential, but you are a few blocks from restaurants, coffee shops, and the subway. Getting into downtown Brooklyn or Manhattan is a piece of cake. I felt safe and relaxed, and would definitely book again. Thank you, Anna!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Anna’s home. The convenient location is worth highlighting - while nestled in a quiet residential area of Williamsburg, it is in walking distance from many shops, restaurants, cafes, and parks. The property is located on the lower level of a 3-story house. It was very clean and we felt very comfortable during our short 2-day stay. The backyard patio, although shared, is beautiful - worth spending some time with a book and a drink on a sunny day. Anna, our host, was very responsive and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Our only regret is not having stayed here longer to enjoy Williamsburg!

Anna is a very attentive and accommodating host; we didn’t need any assistance but she made sure to check in regularly. There are some good restaurants and bars nearby and it’s fairly close to the subway if you need to get to other parts of town. I think you will be hard-pressed to find a better deal for an Airbnb in this area. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting New York.

I had the pleasure of staying at Anna's place last weekend and will hopefully be doing so again in the future. The apartment was very clean, full of amenities and very comfortable. According to one of my guests, who is a serial AirBnB-er, "it has the best water pressure of any AirBnB he has ever stayed at". The neighborhood is safe and full of fun shops and restaurants. This is the best location for anyone visiting nyc and / or Williamsburg. We are New Yorkers moving to Austin, we stayed for one week as our furnitures and car have left for Austin. The variety and quality of restaurants in the area are both world class and uniquely Williamsburg. You really can’t beat the convenience and location. Anna is very helpful and very quick to respond. The sound proofing of the apartment is not the best but one can expect that to be quite normal in nyc, you can definitely hear lots of conversations and foot steps. We don’t have a problem sleeping and you won’t really mind if you are out venturing anyway.

The apartment itself was clean and spacious with an oversized bedroom and big, bright windows. The host was really helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Wish I could've stayed longer but I will definitely be back again!
